Paul says we have gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us.
It is the believer's responsibility to do what he has been called to do and to do it the best he knows how.
I've been called to be a leader; I will lead as I am led. Being a leader means being a servant.
I've been given a voice; I will sing for the One who gave it.
