"The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." The Holy Spirit is the "firstfruits", or the "first installment/downpayment" as a guarantee of the believer's resurrection life.
Lord, thank you for the hope of a new and glorified body . . . for a new heaven and earth. Thank you for the Holy Spirit that enables me to have somewhat of a taste of what it will be like - I can't wait!
